The Israel-Hamas war is carrying on and for many of us, seeing the casualties of war has triggered feelings of fear, anxiety and dread. The images are everywhere, on television and social media, and is causing trauma reactions for all of us. It is taking a mental strain and it’s having our nervous systems on high alert at all times.
Many have family and friends in Israel right now, so how can we cope with the daily devastation and the mental strain that these images present?
